We took over the lease of a wonderful listserv family and were hoping to pass along the favor by sharing this opportunity with families/communities we know before putting it on Zillow rentals. The new tenants will be taking over our lease, which goes until August 6, 2025. We already paid the deposit, so no need to pay that. The $2,460/mo rent does not include utilities. The landlord’s name is Louis and the property management company is BMG Laurel, they have an application process - so if your interested, we will pass along your contact info to them and they will take it from there.
